the colour is fantastic and your pics remain sharp even when heavily cropped...there's just no way I'm getting pics like that I think my lens is duff !

Its taking me a while but I am learning more about using the light to my advantage, im still a long long long way off, but happy to be making progress

The 2nd Robin picture is wayyyyy sharp. 1/500 sec at f/11, see how good you'll get when you get some decent light.
